Annual Permit Form - NSW Pet Registry

Cemeteries - Application for a Perpetual Interment Right (PDF)

Burial/interment plots are allocated once Council receives an Application for a Perpetual Interment Right or Perpetual Interment Right Application (formerly known as a Burial Licence). A Perpetual Interment Right provides the right of interment in a specified site with the interment to be left undisturbed forever (in perpetuity). Council offers reservation services for people to choose their place of rest. This can be arranged by purchasing a 'perpetual interment right certificate'. Purchasing a perpetual interment right certificate is highly recommended as the most effective way of securing a preferred burial place.

Cemeteries - Monumental Mason application

This application is for all work to be performed in a cemetery. Work must comply with the Bega Valley Shire Council Cemetery Procedures, Bega Valley Shire Council's OHS Policy and AS4204 'Headstones & Cemetery Monuments'. Work subject to the Heritage Act: Graves and monuments older than 50 years are subject to the Heritage Act. It is the responsibility of the applicant or applicant's agent to ensure that the proposed work is consistent with the requirements of the Act.
