Code of Conduct, Code of Meeting Practice and Councillor Induction and Profession Development Guidelines
Council resolved on 13 March 2019 to exhibit the reviewed Code of Conduct, Code of Meeting Practice. The amended procedures the Office of Local Government Procedures for Administration for the Model Code of Conduct and Councillor Induction and Professional Development Guidelines will be on exhibition until 15 April 2019, with submissions received until 30 April 2019.
The Office of Local Government has undertaken a review these documents and Councils must now adopt a reviewed Code of Conduct and Code of Meeting Practice.
Submissions regarding the amended procedure are invited and should be addressed to the General Manager by any one of the following methods:
