Land use matrix
To find out what uses are permitted in different zones under the Bega Valley Local Environmental Plan 2013 (Bega Valley LEP), Council has prepared a Land Use Matrix.
The Land use Matrix was last updated on February 2024. The matrix can be viewed as an excel spreadsheet or as a table.
The Bega Valley LEP plays a pivotal role in shaping land use and development decisions, ensuring sustainable growth and environmental protection within the specified area.
The Land Use Matrix is a useful tool that provides a comprehensive overview of permissible and prohibited land uses in each zone within the Bega Valley LEP.
