Road resurfacing works scheduled for Eden next week

Bega Valley Shire Council advises road resurfacing works will be carried out in parts of Eden next week, weather permitting.

Bega Valley Shire Council advises road resurfacing works will be carried out in parts of Eden next week, weather permitting.

As part of Council’s repair and maintenance program, road resurfacing safeguards road infrastructure investments and contributes to a more sustainable transport network.

These works will strengthen and extend the life of the existing road surface, improving driving conditions and safety for all road users.

Contractors will carry out resurfacing works on the following streets:

  • Logan Court – Monday 7 April
  • Blue Marlin Court – Tuesday 8 April
  • Cook Drive – Wednesday 9 April
  • Imlay Street (cul-de-sac at the southern end) – Thursday 10 April
  • Fishermens Court – Friday 11 April

Works will be carried out between 7am and 6pm each day and there will be no on-street parking during working hours.

Traffic conditions will be in place for the duration of the works. Road users should expect delays.

Traffic control will be on-site to help motorists and pedestrians. Where possible, please advise the crew members on-site of where you need to go and assistance will be provided.
