An application has been received to develop land at Georgia Lane and Reservoir Street, Candelo for the purpose of Staged 23 Lot Subdivision.


Council has received an application seeking approval to develop land as follows:

The application and plans relating to the development are available on Council’s website Application Tracker at www.begavalley.nsw.gov.au, for a period of 14 days from 10 October 2024 to 24 October 2024 (excluding Public Holidays).

Under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009, copies of your submission can be made publicly available. You can request that your name and address not be disclosed by writing ‘OBJECTION IN CONFIDENCE’ on your submission, however we may still be obliged to release these details. Submissions that do not contain the author’s name and address may not be considered, as we will be unable to validate their authenticity.

INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT
Under the provisions of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 this development is classed as ‘Integrated’ which means that approval is also required from NSW Rural Fire Service.
