Development Proposal - Murrah - DA 2024.107

An application has been received to develop land at Tathra Bermagui Road, Murrah for the purpose of ecotourist facility, canvas bell tents and amenities facility.


Council has received an application seeking approval to develop land as follows:

  • Description of Land: Lot: 82 DP: 752153-2845 Tathra Bermagui Road MURRAH
  • Description of Proposal: Ecotourist facility, canvas bell tents and amenities facility

The application and plans relating to the development are available on Council’s website Application Tracker at www.begavalley.nsw.gov.au, for a period of 14 days from 18 July 2024 to 01 August 2024 (excluding Public Holidays).

Under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009, copies of your submission can be made publicly available. You can request that your name and address not be disclosed by writing ‘OBJECTION IN CONFIDENCE’ on your submission, however we may still be obliged to release these details. Submissions that do not contain the author’s name and address may not be considered, as we will be unable to validate their authenticity.

If you make a submission you are required to disclose information about any political donations or gifts. INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT
Under the provisions of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 this development is classed as ‘Integrated’ which means that approval is also required from NSW Rural Fire Service.
