Surf lifesaving services on Aslings Beach are valued by the community and visitors to the area during the peak summer holiday season.
Over the last couple of years, Bega Valley Shire Council has been working closely with the Australian Lifeguard Service (ALS) trialling different locations along Aslings Beach as a measure to improve swimmer safety.
Deliberation of location takes into consideration highest use swimming areas, typical beach conditions, proximity to parking and amenities as well as beach safety reports provided by ALS over the past few years.
Council encourages the community and visitors to the area to have their say.
An online survey is available at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/Aslings. The survey will be open until Sunday 31 January 2016.
