Exhibition of Environmental Zones - 5 Sites Planning Proposal

This notice is to inform local residents and interested persons about the public exhibition of a Planning Proposal to amend Bega Valley Local Environmental Plan 2013 in accordance with Sections 3.34(2)(c) and Schedule 1 Clause 4 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

This planning proposal seeks to refine the zone boundaries of 5 sites within the Bega Valley Shire that involve environmentally zoned land. The purpose of this planning proposal is to correct zoning anomalies and make minor adjustments to zoning boundaries to better reflect the existing use and future management of this land.

A copy can be viewed at Council’s Bega office at Zingel Place, Bega, Tura Marrang Library at Tura Beach Drive, Tura Beach, Eden Library located at the corner of Imlay and Mitchell Streets, Eden or the Bermagui Library at Bunga Street, Bermagui during normal opening hours.

The planning proposal is on exhibition between the 23 July 2018 and 24 August 2018. To make a submission, write or email Council before the close of business, 24 August 2018.
