Planned pavement maintenance works for Bega and surrounds

Planned pavement maintenance works are scheduled to commence Friday 19 June on select streets within Bega, North Bega, Tarraganda, Coopers Gully, Buckajo and the Brogo area.

Planned pavement maintenance works are scheduled to commence Friday 19 June on select streets within Bega, North Bega, Tarraganda, Coopers Gully, Buckajo and the Brogo area.

Crack sealing will be carried out on the following streets:

  • Baker Street, Bega
  • Glen Mia Drive, Bega
  • Ridge Street, North Bega
  • Lagoon Street, North Bega
  • Healey Street, North Bega
  • Parrabel Street intersection, North Bega
  • Nullica Road, Tarraganda
  • Mt Pleasant Road, Coopers Gully
  • McLeods Road, Brogo
  • Daisy Hill Road, Buckajo

 The work is expected to take two days including the weekend period.  Council is undertaking the works to maintain pavement longevity.

Motorists can expect lane closures and short delays as a result of traffic control measures used to facilitate the works.  Additional travel time should be allowed during the period of works.
