Embankment works underway on Upper Brogo Road

Flood restoration works have commenced on a section of Upper Brogo Road.
Local contractors are constructing a retaining wall to stabilise the embankment and restore the road.
The works require Upper Brogo Road to be closed 8.7km from the Princes Highway intersection on Monday 5 December, from 9am until 2.30pm. The local bus service will not be impacted.
Restoration works are expected to finish before Christmas 2022 (weather permitting).
This project is jointly funded by Commonwealth-State Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements.
