Notice to classify public land - South Pambula
Council has resolved to classify land in South Pambula as community land in accordance with Section 34 of the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW).
Council has resolved to classify land proposed for dedication under development application 2021.157, being the subdivision of Lot 510 DP877207 in South Pambula, as community land. The land is identified as ‘Water Treatment’ on the proposed subdivision plan and is being classified under Section 34 of the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW) (the Act).

In accordance with section 34 of the Act, notice is hereby given of the proposed resolution to classify the land as community upon redefinition.
Any person may make a written submission in respect of this notice. All submissions must be in writing, addressed to the Chief Executive Officer by 4.30pm on Friday, 25 October 2024.
