Background
Council resolved on 14 August 2024 to endorse the proposed changes to the Payment and provision of facilities for Councillors (6.23). The full report and copy of the proposed changes can be viewed here:

If no submissions are made during the public exhibition, the Draft Policy 6.23 Payment and provision of facilities for Councillors, will be adopted. If submissions are received, a further report will be provided to council to consider the submissions prior to adoption.
