Community Visitors' Scheme (CVS)

The Community Visitors' Scheme (CVS) is an Australian government funded program established to reduce social isolation and lonlieness in the elderly by matching volunteers with people receiving a Home Care packagein their own home ore living in  an aged care facility.

Visitors commit to regular friendly visits, helping to etablish and maintain links between older people and their community.
