Have your say on the new employment zones in the Bega Valley Local Environmental Plan 2013.
The NSW Government is replacing all existing business and industrial zones throughout NSW as part of the Employment Zones Reform program. The Reform will replace several of the zones, objectives and permitted land uses within the Bega Valley Local Environmental Plan 2013 (BVLEP 2013).
The Reform will enable several of Council’s planned changes to land use to support employment-generating development and job growth in the shire.
Most affected properties will move to a similar zone as indicated in table below with additional land uses and similar objectives to support employment generating development.
|Current BVLEP 2013 zone||Proposed new employment zone|

|B4 Mixed Use||MU1 Mixed Use|
|B5 Business Development||E3 Productivity Support|
