Integrated development proposal - Edrom

An application has been received to develop land at Edrom Road, Edrom for the purpose of temporary log storage yard to a permanent land use.


Council has received an application seeking approval to develop land as follows:

  • Applicant: The Trustee for EAS Investment Trust
  • Consent Authority: Bega Valley Shire Council
  • Description of Land: Lot: 1 DP: 224487, Lot: 16 DP: 1066187, Lot: 17 DP: 1066187-Edrom Road EDROM
  • Description of Proposal: Temporary log storage yard to a permanent land use
  • Responsible Council Officer: D Gebert

The application and plans relating to the development are available on Council’s website Application Tracker at www.begavalley.nsw.gov.au from 18 December 2024 to 30 January 2025 (excluding Public Holidays).

You can request that your name and address not be disclosed by writing ‘OBJECTION IN CONFIDENCE’ on your submission, however we may still be obliged to release these details. INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT
Under the provisions of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 this development is classed as ‘Integrated’ which means that approval is also required from Environmental Protection Authority.

  • The develoment may require an amendment to the existing Environmental Licence applying to the site under the Protection of the Environment Operations Act 1997
