We're always looking at ways to improve. That's why we're conducting a Council Community Satisfaction Survey to help us improve our service delivery.
We invite community members of Bega Valley Shire to provide feedback on Council’s services, programs and activities. We’re conducting a Council Customer Satisfaction Survey. Opens 15 July, closes Friday 2 August 2024.
Taverner Research Group will be making phone calls from phone number (02) 4285 4446 during the survey period to provide feedback. An anticipated 400 residents over the age of 18 will receive a telephone call asking to participate in the survey.
