Community Projects - Add My Project
Add your project and give it a plug and attract more volunteers.
If you have a project idea and it is on Council land or you need some assistance read our Community Project Proposal page and apply.
If your event is on public land you may need approval for use or for traffic management, visit Event/Event planning/Other approvals for more details.
Project categories
There are five (5) project categories. Your project might fall into more than one category so simply choose one that makes the most sense for your project.
- Community – A connected and vibrant community where people are happy, safe and well
- Economy – A resilient and prosperous economy that supports employment and learning opportunities
- Environment – We embrace sustainable living and value and conserve our natural environment
- Infrastructure – Our infrastructure complements our natural surroundings and character while enhancing the lives of our community
- Civic leadership – Local leadership is strong, consultative and responsive to our community’s needs
