Missed Bin Service
If your bin has been missed, contact Cleanaway on (02) 6448 9200 or complete the Missed Bin form on the Waste App or alternatively fill out our online form Missed service - Bega Valley Shire Council (nsw.gov.au)
Important note: Bins must be presented on the kerbside for collection by 5am on your collection day. Cleanaway can collect bins at any time during the day.
