Proposed Licence of unformed Council road reserve Mens Shed Wyndham
Council is proposing to renew a licence agreement with Wyndham Men’s Shed Incorporated for their continued occupation of the old rural fire service shed located on unformed Council road reserve adjoining Lot 1 DP 1172468 for the purpose of a Mens Shed facility. The proposed licence term is for 5 years and the licence area is shown in red on the below diagram.
Pursuant to Chapter 6 Part 2 of the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW), Council is required to advertise this proposal.
