Proposed Lease of Council owned Community Land
Council is proposing to enter into a new lease agreement with Bega District Volunteer Rescue Group Incorporated for occupation of land on which the VRA Depot Building is situated.

Council is proposing to enter into a new lease agreement with Bega District Volunteer Rescue Group Incorporated for occupation of land on which the VRA Depot Building is situated at 22 Tarraganda Lane, Tarraganda for the purpose of a vehicle rescue depot. The proposed lease term is for 3 years and the lease area is shown in red on the below diagram.
Pursuant to Chapter 6 Part 2 of the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW), Council is required to advertise this proposal.
