Council is seeking expressions of interest for the use of Council reserves for providing mobile food vending over the peak summer trading period.
Bega Valley Shire Council (BVSC) has conducted an extensive review of Council owned and managed land for the purpose of identifying prime mobile food vending sites throughout the shire. As such, the following prime sites have been identified as being available for use:
During the review, key considerations included accessibility, parking, safety, power connection, water access, surrounding amenities, and proximity to houses and other food businesses. Documentation outlining the features and amenities of each site is attached to this EOI for the information of tenderers.
In preparation for the peak summer trading period, BVSC is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified commercial entities or incorporated community organisations who are interested in operating mobile food vans at the above prime sites.
To submit a formal expression of interest, please register with Council’s eProcurement system VendorPanel. Information regarding how to register can be found on Council’s website Doing business with Council. You will need to submit your expression of interest via the VendorPanel system and please ensure your submission is provided before 5pm Thursday 7 November 2024.
