Simon Daly was elected to Council in 2024, marking the beginning of his first Council term.

Simon is a member of the Halls Committee, Awards Committee, Audit, Risk and Improvement Committee, Bega Valley Bush Fire Management Committee and NSW Public Library Association.

Having resided in the shire for seven years, he is deeply committed to addressing housing challenges, manage our natural resources, and improve Council services such as childcare. He is also driven to make sure Council is more consultative and accountable to rate payers and residents.

Simon holds a Degree in Management and a Masters in International Relations.

With over a decade of experience in project management, he has actively contributed to various community development initiatives. His expertise spans budget management, risk assessment, and quality assurance, reflecting his dedication to delivering successful projects.

Simon currently resides in Pambula Beach with his wife Bridget and three children.
