Reuse shops

Find information on our five Reuse Shops - grab a bargain and keep items out of landfill.

We have five Reuse Shops at local Waste and Recycling Centres where you can purchase and drop off quality used goods. Give your unwanted gear a new home or pick up a bargain, it’s a win win!

If your items are in good working condition and considered worthy of re-sale by our staff, you can leave them for free at one of our five Reuse Shops.

Items that may be accepted include:

  • Household items, including furniture
  • Renovation items, including doors and windows
  • Bikes and sporting equipment
  • Bikes
  • Books and toys
  • Collectables
  • Lawn mowers
  • Tools and garden shed equipment 
  • Bric-a-brac

We DO NOT accept:

  • Clothing
  • Textiles
  • Electrical items 
  • Children's car seats 
  • Baby rockers
  • Prams or safety equipment

Purchases can be made either by cash or credit/debit card (preferably contactless tap).

If you have items you would like to donate for a Reuse Shop, please talk to our gatehouse staff before dropping off. Items deemed not suitable for resale in the Reuse Shop will diverted to either recycling or landfill.

Wallagoot Reuse Shop -

  • Monday: 7.30am to noon - 1pm to 4.30pm
  • Tuesday: 7.30am to noon - 1pm to 4.30pm
  • Wednesday: 7.30am to noon - 1pm to 4.30pm
  • Thursday: 7.30am to noon - 1pm to 4.30pm
  • Friday: 7.30am to noon - 1pm to 4.30pm
  • Saturday: 10am to 2.30pm
  • Sunday: 10am to 2.30pm

Merimbula Reuse Shop -

  • Monday: 7.30am to 4.30pm
  • Wednesday: 7.30am to 4.30pm
  • Friday: 7.30am to 4.30pm
  • Saturday: 7.30am to 4.30pm
  • Sunday: 7.30am to 4.30pm

Eden Reuse Shop -

  • Tuesday: 7.30am to noon - 1pm to 4.30pm
  • Thursday: 7.30am to noon - 1pm to 4.30pm
  • Friday: 7.30am to noon - 1pm to 4.30pm
  • Saturday: 10am to 2.30pm
  • Sunday: 10 am to 2.30pm

Candelo Reuse Shop -

  • Thursday: 7.30am to noon - 1pm to 4.30pm 
  • Sunday: 10am to 2.30pm

Bermagui Reuse Shop -

  • Monday: 7.30am to noon - 1pm to 4.30pm
  • Tuesday: 7.30am to noon - 1pm to 4.30pm
  • Wednesday: 7.30am to noon - 1pm to 4.30pm
  • Thursday: 7.30am to noon - 1pm to 4.30pm
  • Friday: 7.30am to noon - 1pm to 4.30pm
  • Saturday: 10am to 2.30pm
