Due to current weather conditions BVSC has turned off the pumps on the Brogo River that supply water to Quaama, Cobargo, Bermagui, Wallaga Lake and Beauty Point earlier today.

Due to current weather conditions  BVSC has turned off the pumps on the Brogo River that supply water to Quaama, Cobargo, Bermagui, Wallaga Lake and Beauty Point earlier today.

This was necessary due to the turbidity sharply rising to unacceptable levels.

Council request that all users within  Quaama, Cobargo, Bermagui, Wallaga Lake and Beauty Point use water as sparingly as possible until further notice.
