Proposed licence of Council managed community land - Tathra and Bermagui
Notice is given of intention to issue a licence for occupation of Tathra Surf Life Saving Club and Bermagui Surf Life Saving Club for a period of 20 years.
In accordance with Sections 46 & 47 of the Local Government Act 1993, Council gives notice of its intention to issue the following leases:
- Occupation of Part Lot 273 DP 821413 (R79310) at Tathra being the surf club house building and adjacent storage facilities for a period of 20 years to Tathra Surf Life Saving Club Inc for the purpose of surf life saving club activities and fundraisers.
2. Occupation of Part Lot 7034 DP 1118743 (R83225) at Bermagui being the surf club house building for a period of 20 years to Bermagui Surf Life Saving Club Inc for the purpose of surf life saving club activities and fundraisers.
Any concerns regarding the granting of these arrangements may be made in writing to council@begavalley.nsw.gov.au or PO Box 492, Bega NSW 2550 before Wednesday 12 March 2025.
