Mitchell Nadin grew up in the Bega Valley where he attended primary and high school before moving to Canberra to study Architecture at university.

He also worked as a journalist for The Australian newspaper at both the company’s Sydney and Adelaide bureaus, before moving back to the Bega Valley in 2015.

Since then, Mitchell has been associated with the establishment of two successful local businesses: Dulcie's Cottage and Kitty's Bar and Restaurant in Club Sapphire, Merimbula.

Mitchell has served the community as a councillor on the Bega Valley Shire Council since 2016.

His Council interests lie in good budget management, responsible design and planning for our towns and villages, state and federal advocacy and reduced DA approval times.

Mitchell currently lives on a farm in Kiah with his dog Dexter.
