Authority to Act

Authorise someone to act on your behalf.
Direct Debits

Direct debit your rates, water or sundry debtors account.
Pensioner concession rebate

Concessions are available to eligible Pensioner Concession Card and Department of Veterans Affairs Gold Card holders for ordinary rates and charges on domestic waste management services and water and sewer services.
Financial hardship assistance application

Having trouble keeping up with your payments? Apply for a payment plan with Council.
Request for refund from Rates and Water account

If you would like to request a refund where credit is available on a rates or water account complete our online form.
Rates enquiry application - Section 603 Certificate

When purchasing a property the purchaser, solicitor or real estate agent can apply for a Section 603 Certificate which states the amount (if any) due or payable to Council, by way of rates, water, charges or otherwise, in respect of a parcel of land.
