Paying your rates, water notices and debtor account just got easier with Bega Valley Shire Council’s new online payment platform.

“Our easy-to-use online payment option means residents can pay for these Council services more quickly and at a time that suits them,” Council’s Finance Manager, Judy Jordan said.

“This platform is one of the new digital initiatives being rolled out as part of Council’s Business and Governance strategy.

“Our online payments platform accepts payment by Visa and MasterCard.

“Our next batch of notices will be sent out in mid-October and we encourage everyone to use our new system for ease of payment.

“Pleasingly, quite a number of the shire’s residents have already used the online payments platform, demonstrating its user-friendliness and convenience.”

Shire residents can access the online payments platform via https://payments.begavalley.nsw.gov.au/eservice/start.do
