The Bega Valley Shire Library app is live and available for download now, with features designed to make it easier to access your library’s existing services.
Bega Valley Shire Council’s Systems and Collections Librarian, Suzannah van den Haak said the app lets you search the library collection, access your member account, check your loans and find eResources anytime and anywhere.
“We are excited to officially launch the app after trialling with our Library volunteer groups and staff,” Ms van den Haak said.
“We encourage Library members to download the app and familiarise themselves with all the exciting features.
“You can use the app to find your nearest library and it’s opening hours, search the catalogue, browse new releases, reserve and renew items, find out what’s on at your library, link family accounts and use a digital library card.
“The app also lets you to discover other great apps to stream movies and borrow eResources and magazines.
“We hope our members find the app fun and convenient to use and we welcome feedback to library@begavalley.nsw.gov.au.
“Users can also get help with downloading and using the app from any of our friendly Library staff.”
While the new app makes it easier to access existing services, people can still use the library website to access all the great services Council’s Libraries have on offer. Find out more of what the library has to offer at library.begavalley.nsw.gov.au.
The Bega Valley Shire Library app is available on iOs and Android. Download the app for free and get borrowing.
