By completing this form and submitting it to Council you will receive general advice regarding what processes you may require to undertake your event. In order to ensure you receive timely advice, event organisers should start planning for their event at least 6 months in advance. Some approvals depending on the nature of the event and can take several months, e.g submissions to the local traffic management committee.

Note: Information provided to you will be general in nature and responsibility for obtaining correct approvals resides with the event organiser.
