Certificates required to complete the development process.

Building information certificate
A Building Information Certificate is for someone buying a property and wants to check that the building or buildings on the property are properly authorised.

Construction certificate
A construction Certificate certifies that your chosen design and construction materials comply with the Building Code of Australia and associated standards and codes, and the development is consistent with your Development Application.

Occupation certificate
An Occupation certificate is issued for a development and grants approval for the use or occupation of a building.

Subdivision certificate
A Subdivision Certificate certifies that the plan of subdivision has been completed in accordance with relevant development consent conditions or Complying Development Certificate.

Swimming Pool Compliance
This certificate is required when buy, selling or leasing a property that has a swimming pool or spa, apply online.
