Like all NSW councils, we are required to develop short, medium and long term plans under the NSW Integrated Planning and Reporting framework. Council works with the community to guide our shire's future.
This plan identifies our community's main priorities and aspirations for the future and outlines strategies to achieve them.
The Resourcing Strategy is comprised of the Long Term Financial Plan, Workforce Strategy, Digital Strategy and Strategic Asset Management Plan.
