Bega Valley Textile Group
The Bega Valley Textile Group is a collection of creative, diverse, interesting individuals who meet every week to increase understanding of the ancient textile crafts - weaving, spinning, knitting, crochet, dyeing, felting...and anything else textile-related.
Everyone is welcome, whatever their textile interests or level of skill we have weavers, spinners, dyers, knitters, felters and combinations of all of these. The group offers fun, social contact and you can tap into our deep reservoir of knowledge and skill in all of the textile arts.
If you are interested in learning to weave, spin or any of the other textile arts, we offer free tuition for new members. There are also regular workshops, some that are open to everyone and some that are just for the group.
