Eden Community Access Centre is uniquely based in Eden as an independent, Eden-based organisation with a history of service to the community. Its aims closely align with seeking overall development of Eden economically and socially. It has come to be regarded as the ‘go to’ organisation and place in Eden where residents, businesses and visitors connect with social, community and business support services. Although its beginnings 20 years ago were in providing tech connections, it has diversified and now facilitates access to a full range of community, social, innovation and business support services, linking residents to service providers and bridging service delivery gaps. ECAC is a Centrelink Agency, Medicare agency and a Tax Help volunteer centre. ECAC provides administrative services such as Hot-desking, word processing, emailing, scanning, laminating, copying, IT support, computer and WIFI access, private room hire and much more.
