Merimbula Tourism Inc. runs, supports and manages the Merimbula Visitor Information Centre. We provide excellence in visitation services for the over 60,000 visitors and tourists annually who come into our busy Visitor Centre, and promote Merimbula and our region extensively accross Australia. These services include local visitor and tourist information - directions and maps, places to see, and activity information for all ages and interests. We also have a complete accommodation advisory and referral service and a tour advisory and booking service. We also offer a large range of souvenirs, local craft and art, and a range of local providore foods and and condiments. We provide a regional tourism service also with maps and guides in and around the Sapphire Coast, across NSW, the ACT, Victoria and other areas. Over 35 volunteers support our work and provide the bulk of visitor services on behalf of Merimbula Tourism - supporting a large regional membership of tourism operators and accommodation businesses.
Eligibility Criteria
A community organisation devoted to the support of our region for visitors and tourism, and also local community services.
