A comprehensive assessment for people 65 years and older to determine the most suitable care for older people, whether at home or in residential care. In home services are available and approvals for residential care, including residential respite and/or placements. There is a comprehensive assessment to establish eligibility for Commonwealth funded services, including CACPs.
