The Disability Trust is a person centred individualised disability services and supports provider. We approach disability support work with these three core elements: Individualised care, empowerment, and community integration.Our person-centred approach leads to more meaningful outcomes.

The Disability Trust is a not-for-profit registered NDIS provider dedicated to delivering exceptional support services and opportunities to people with disability and their families.

We have over 1,900 passionate employees, dedicated to our vision, purpose and values, providing the highest quality support services for over 4000 individual clients and their families.
We offer individualised services such as accommodation support, employment assistance, community engagement programs facilitating social activities, group participation and so much more. We aim to enhance the quality of life and opportunities for people with disability. We are driven and sustained by our Vision, Purpose and Values.
