headspace Bega

headspace Bega provides free early intervention health services to young people aged 12 to 25 and their parents/carers.

headspace Bega provides a range of services for young people and their parents/carers including mental health clinicians, mental health support groups, dietician, work and study, peer support and family support. We also provide support to address alcohol and other drug use via youth AOD workers delivered by our specialist partner service Directions Health.

headspace Bega works closely with local GP practices in the area and curently has a sexual health nurse on site to ensure young people can also have any physical or sexual health issues addressed.

headspace Bega delivers services across the Bega Valley and Snowy Monaro regions. We have staff based in Eden, Cooma and our intake team are available 5 days a week.

Referral is easy- young people can refer themselves by calling us on 1800 959 844 or dropping into see us in the Bega office or in one of our other sites when we are in town. If you are a family member or friend and want to support your loved one to get in touch with us you can call or drop in or visit your GP.

Our Cooma office is located at 61 Massey St Cooma and services are available from Tuesday-Thursday with a service available in Jindabyne on a Wednesday. Our Eden office is located at Unit 3, 161 Imlay St. Eden.

Young people aged 12-25 and their families and friends
