Bermagui Historical Society Inc.
The Bermagui Historical Society Inc. is a registered not-for-profit charity organisation run by volunteers and operates the Bermagui Museum located in the Bermagui Community Centre. Along with treasured relics of the past the digital collection includes over 10,000 professionally scanned photographs and records, where searches can be made of our database by topic or name. The Archive includes a collection of 840 images digitally reproduced from the glass negatives taken by Tilba resident William Henry Corkhill between 1880 and 1910. The Museum is open Tuesday & Friday 10am-2pm or by arrangement. Admission $5 per adult-children free. Operating expenses are funded by donations , fundraising and sales of historic publications. New volunteers are always welcome and appreciated. Meetings are held every two Months on the First Wednesday in the month ( No meetings are held in January). Annual membership is $10.
