Health Promotion Team are part of the district Population Health Team: Southern Local Health District. Team uses a health promotion approach to enable groups & communities to increase control over & improve their health. We aim to influence living conditions that create good health for communities. Some current programs include Tai Chi for Arthritis Classes, Live Life Well at School, Crunch & Sip; Fresh Tastes School Canteen Program and Munch & Move.
