Rural service
People living in rural areas have a two-bin service:
- recycling (yellow) - collected fortnightly; and
- landfill (red) - collected weekly.
The standard service is for a 240-litre yellow bin and a 140-litre red bin.

Changing your bin sizes
You can upsize or downsize your bins to suit your needs. Note that additional charges apply if you upsize, while downsizing may reduce charges. Ratepayer permission must be given to make changes to bin sizes and configurations.

Town service
People living within town limits have a three-bin service – FOGO (green) collected weekly and recycling (yellow) and landfill (red) collected on alternate fortnights.
The standard service is a 240-litre green bin, a 240-litre yellow bin and a 140-litre red bin.

Commercial service
Commercial customers generally have yellow and red bins collected weekly. If your business is on a FOGO truck route, you may also be eligible for a commercial FOGO service. Please contact the Waste Team on 02 6499 2222 if you are unsure.
