Development Proposal - Quaama - DA 2024.30
An application has been received to develop land at Stephensons Lane, Quaama for the purpose of renovating and enlarging an existing Farm Dam.
Council has received an application seeking approval to develop land as follows:

- Description of Proposal: To renovate and enlarge an existing Farm Dam

The application and plans relating to the development are available on Council’s website Application Tracker at www.begavalley.nsw.gov.au, for a period of 28 days from 21 June 2024 to 19 July 2024 (excluding Public Holidays).
Under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009, copies of your submission can be made publicly available. You can request that your name and address not be disclosed by writing ‘OBJECTION IN CONFIDENCE’ on your submission, however we may still be obliged to release these details. Submissions that do not contain the author’s name and address may not be considered, as we will be unable to validate their authenticity.

If you make a submission you are required to disclose information about any political donations or gifts. INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT
Under the provisions of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 this development is classed as ‘Integrated’ which means that approval is also required from:
NSW Water
- Approval is required under the Water Management Act 2000.
NSW Fisheries
Approval is required under the Fisheries Management Act 1994.
