Development Proposal - Tathra - DA 2019.8
An application has been received to develop land at Bega Street, Tathra for the purpose of modification to alterations and additions to hotel including entertainment facility.
Council has received an application seeking approval to develop land as follows:

- Description of Proposal: Modification to Alterations & additions to Hotel including Entertainment Facility

The application and plans relating to the development are available on Council’s website Application Tracker at www.begavalley.nsw.gov.au, for a period of 14 days from 18 November 2024 to 02 December 2024 (excluding Public Holidays).
Under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009, copies of your submission can be made publicly available. You can request that your name and address not be disclosed by writing ‘OBJECTION IN CONFIDENCE’ on your submission, however we may still be obliged to release these details. Submissions that do not contain the author’s name and address may not be considered, as we will be unable to validate their authenticity.
