Notice to classify public land - Tathra
Council has resolved to classify land at Tathra as operational land in accordance with Section 34 of the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW).
Council has resolved to classify Lott 1 DP 1282458 at Bega Street, Tathra as operational land under Section 34 of the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW) (the Act).
In accordance with section 34 of the Act, notice is hereby given of the proposed resolution to classify the land as operational upon redefinition.
Any person may make a written submission in respect of this notice. All submissions must be in writing, addressed to the Chief Executive Officer and can be emailed, posted or faxed before 5:00pm on Thursday, 11 July 2024.
