Proposed licence of Council managed community land - Tathra
Notice is given of intention to issue a licence for occupation of the upper level of the Tathra Wharf Building (otherwise known as the old cargo building) for a Museum to Pig & Whistle Fleet Club Incorporated for a period of five (5) years.
In accordance with Sections 46 & 47 of the Local Government Act 1993, Council gives notice of its intention to issue a licence for occupation of the upper level of the Tathra Wharf Building (otherwise known as the old cargo building) for a Museum to Pig & Whistle Fleet Club Incorporated for a period of five (5) years. The licence area is shown in red on the below diagram.
Council is required to advertise this proposal as it is located on community land. Any concerns regarding the granting of these arrangements may be made in writing to council@begavalley.nsw.gov.au or PO Box 492, Bega NSW 2550 before Friday, 31 May 2024.
