The Civic Centre is a multi- function community space for people living in and around Bega, consisting of a number of spaces including, conference style rooms, and meeting rooms suitable for information forums, seminars and workshops, as well as two foyer areas suitable for cocktail parties, product launches, private social functions and entertainment events. The Bega Valley Civic Centre Auditorium is suitable for performing arts, presentation events, banquet dinners, exhibitions, social dance events, graduations and formals and large weddings.

Located on level 1 the foyer area is a hireable space when its use will not interfere with bookings in the Biamanga Room. Used weekly as the Bega Valley Shire Council Chambers (Wednesdays), this large and well-appointed room is also available for hire by the public and is ideal for larger meetings, workshops and seminars. Located on level 1 with easy access to the Biamanga Foyer, generous balcony with panoramic view, dedicated audio visual system, capacity theatre style 100, workshop 60 at tables.

Ideal for cocktail events, product launches, private social functions and entertainment events. Located on the ground floor, main entrance foyer and serviced by the Diggers bar.

Ideal for information forums, seminars, workshops, small cabaret style performance space. Auditorium floor area can be sectioned off to create a separate space for room hire. Capacity of 100 theatre style and 60 at tables.
Merri-winga Auditorium
Max 500 people
Ideal for performing arts, presentation events, banquet dinners, exhibitions, social dance events, graduations and formals, large weddings. BVCCC can accommodate up to 700 guests in the entire venue, with a strict capacity limit in the auditorium and 500 guests and up to 50 cast/crew. Ground floor accessed from Gulaga Foyer. Capacity Theatre style 500 patrons, Banquet 230 patrons. Stage with two dressing rooms backstage, stage access from goods lift and loading dock, state of the art sound and lighting and multi-function space.
