Council Policies on Review

As per the Local Government Act 1993, Bega Valley Shire Council has conducted a review of its policy documents.  At its meeting on 30 August 2017, the Council resolved to place the proposed policies and associated framework on public exhibtion for a period of 28 business days.

Members of the community are invited to provide comments and feedback on the framework and document content.  Submissions will be accepted for a period of 42 business days.

Copies of the policies can be downloaded from Council’s website or can be viewed in hard copy at any library branch, as well as the front counter of the Zingel Place Office in Bega.

The public exhibition period will close at 5.00pm on Friday 20 October 2017.  Submissions will be accepted up until Thursday 9 November.
