Tuesday 6 September 2016

Tathra Wharf will be closed on Saturday morning 10 September 2016 to relocate power lines prior to commencement of the storm damage repair works.

Essential Energy will be carrying out the works from approximately 7am until midday to move overhead power lines that currently obstruct the works area.

Due to the nature of the power line work, the Tathra Wharf access road will be closed at the top of the hill to all vehicles and pedestrians.

Access to the wharf museum will also be closed while relocation works are being carried out.

The Wharf Locavore Café is closed following internal building damage sustained during the June storm. It will reopen upon completion of building repair works.

The contractor will start storm damage repair works to the wharf on Friday 16 September.
