Council resolved on 30 October 2019 to exhibit draft Policy 6.13 Organisational Service Standards (previously known as 6.13 Customer Service Standards). The draft Policy includes a proposed Organisational Service Charter and Service Standards, which describe what customers can expect from Council in terms of customer service.
Council has an adopted Policy 6.13 – Customer Service, which is now being reviewed to align with the revised Community Engagement Strategy. As part of that review, a range of amendments are proposed to broaden the reach of the policy and provide more clarity about the level of service that Council will provide. These changes are documented in a revised draft Policy 6.13 – Organisational Service Standards. Community feedback on the draft Policy is now sought.
