Modification of Development Proposal - Edrom Road, Edrom

An application has been received develop land at Edron Road, Edrom for the purpose of modification to extend the limited consent period for two years.


Council has received an application seeking approval to develop land as follows:

  • Applicant: PLANNED Town Planning Solutions
  • Consent Authority: Bega Valley Shire Council
  • Description of Land: Lot: 17 DP: 1066187-Edrom Road EDROM
  • Description of Proposal: Modification to extend the limited consent period for two (2) years
  • Responsible Council Officer: MB Fowler

The application and plans relating to the development are available on Council’s website Application Tracker at www.begavalley.nsw.gov.au, for a period of 28 days from 18 November 2022 to 16 December 2022 (excluding Public Holidays).

Under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009, copies of your submission can be made publicly available. You can request that your name and address not be disclosed by writing ‘OBJECTION IN CONFIDENCE’ on your submission, however we may still be obliged to release these details. Submissions that do not contain the author’s name and address may not be considered, as we will be unable to validate their authenticity.
